Oral Sessions: 6-5-30

All oral sessions will be in the popular 6-5-30 format. All presenters will pre-record a 15-minute presentation and upload it prior to the meeting’s start so it is available for viewing by all attendees.

The live sessions will be one-hour in length featuring six presenters who will give a five-minute overview of their work followed by 30 minutes of discussion and Q&A.

Oral sessions will be hosted on Zoom. Sessions will also be recorded and posted to each session’s page after the live session  concludes.

Guidelines for producing your pre-recorded presentation will be available after the schedule is released.

Training for your Zoom experience will be provided closer to the conference start.
