Registration Policies

All participants and exhibitors must agree to the Code of Conduct and Waiver of Liability when registering.

The full registration fee includes admission to all (virtual and in-person) sessions, exhibits, town hall meetings and workshops, auxiliary meetings (unless by invitation only or otherwise specified), mixers, and the virtual program. Optional events such as special organized activities may not be included.

Virtual registration includes participation in the virtual sessions (Wednesday – Friday), access to all prerecorded oral presentations, posters, and the exhibit gallery as well as any “live” sessions that are hybrid or streamed.

Online registration is preferred and highly recommended. Electronic registrations must include complete credit card information. Registrations are not considered complete until the registration fee is paid in full.

Registration will be confirmed via e-mail once payment is received.

Substitutions and Cancellations

We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending. If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time at no additional charge. The conference presentations will be available during and after the dates of the meeting, so please consider this before canceling.

If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $70.00 USD processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before 27 January 2022. Registrants who cancel on or after 27 January 2022 will not be eligible for any part of a refund. Abstract submission fees are non-refundable. (Please note that refunds only can be issued to the credit card that was used for the initial transaction.)

The conference management office must be made aware of all substitutions or registration transfers in writing; email notification is preferred.
