Oral Presentation Guidelines

Please use the following guidelines and information to be as prepared as possible for the meeting.

Oral Presentations

Oral sessions will follow a new format designed to encourage discussion amongst participants in a virtual setting. Sessions will be organized in one-hour blocks, where each presenter (of six) will gave a short five-minute talk on their research. The remaining 30 minutes will be dedicated to discussion. The audience for each session will be prompted to watch the full 15-minute pre-uploaded presentations before the session occurs. Both the prerecorded presentations and a recording of the one-hour session will be available to attendees throughout the meeting.

You will receive notification and instructions for your presentation following its acceptance.

When completing the submission form, please indicate your preference for an oral or a poster presentation. This will assist the selection committee in the proper placement of your paper. You must be prepared, however, to accept the assignment as either oral or poster.
