Children’s Book List – An ASLO-approved list of children’s books that explore topics in freshwater and marine sciences. The list has been curated to include books that are both scientifically accurate and, instill a sense of wonder and inspire kids to further explore their scientific curiosities. You’ll find books for children of all ages on this list.
E-Lectures – A series of lectures (Power Point presentations) on a variety of topics in limnology and oceanography. E-lectures are written by ASLO scientists who are recognized experts in their field, and professionally edited. Most content is designed for undergraduate-level college courses. Each e-Lecture is accompanied by slide notes, recommended reading lists, and other resources. To access all materials associated with an e-Lecture download the zip folder located under ‘Supporting Information’ on the lecture homepage.
Media Library – A repository of images and videos related to freshwater and ocean sciences posted by ASLO scientists and the general public. You will find images of places, people, flora, and fauna that capture the natural world and the scientific process.
