In-person, Virtual or Hybrid?

The in-person program encompasses all the sessions and activities that take place in Hawaii. In-person registrants who pay a full meeting registration fee will have access to the entire program, in-person, virtual and hybrid. One-day registrations are for in-person-only and will not have access to any virtual content.

Virtual registrants will have access to the virtual program including access to pre-recorded presentations for all OSM sessions plus any other meeting events or activities that are either streamed (such as the plenaries) or are in an interactive format that includes virtual participants. Virtual scientific session programming will take place from Wednesday, 2 March through Friday, 4 March 2022, and will include 6-5-30 oral and eLightning sessions.

Most hybrid scientific sessions will have both in-person and virtual components. A limited number of hybrid sessions and events will feature interactivity between a session or event taking place in Hawaii and virtual participants. These will be available to both in-person and virtual attendees.
