Participant Waiver, Release of Liability and Code of Conduct
Each person who registers for the ASLO-SFS 2020 Joint Meeting will be required to read and accept the terms of the Participant Waiver and Release of Liability and the ASLO Meeting Code of Conduct during registration.
The person registering will agree to assume all risks and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO), sg Meeting and Marketing Services, society officers, employees, elected officials and agents, from and against any and all liability claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, cost, loss of service, expenses, and compensation for all negligence whether active or passive arising out of or related to the registrant’s participation in the ASLO-SFS 2020 Joint Meeting.
The ASLO Code of Conduct can be found at https://aslo.org/page/code-of-professional-conduct. ASLO expects all meeting attendees to read and follow this code of conduct at all ASLO-sponsored meetings.

You must provide the full name and appropriate information for a person who can be contacted on your behalf in the event of an emergency which takes place during the meeting.
