Participant Waiver, Release of Liability

The person registering will agree to assume all risks and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO), Bostrom, society officers, employees, elected officials, and agents, from and against any and all liability claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, cost, loss of service, expenses, and compensation for all negligence whether active or passive arising out of or related to the registrant’s participation in the ASLO 2024 Aquatic Sciences Meeting.
