ASLO has a rooming block at the following hotels located near the Monona Terrace convention center for your convenience. Booking your stay at one of these hotels helps ASLO defray meeting costs.

Be Aware of Unauthorized Housing Offers

Please arrange for your overnight accommodation at one of the hotels listed. Should you be contacted by a company other than ASLO or our housing partner MTS informing you of additional housing options, please be cautious.

ASLO never shares or sells the information of our meeting attendees or members. No other organizations have authorization from ASLO to make such contacts, and what they offer may not be as it seems. These unauthorized companies often do not deliver on promises to customers. When customers arrive, reservations are non-existent, or the hotels are not conveniently located. Sometimes the rooms have been cancelled and large cancellation fees have been placed on the customer’s credit card.

Additionally, these companies’ practices make it more difficult for ASLO to meet room block commitments and create additional meeting costs. If you are contacted by an organization other than ASLO or MTS about hotel reservations, please contact the ASLO business office at business@aslo.org.
