March “Amplifying Voices” Webinar

Please join us on March 23 at 6:00 pm Eastern to support early career aquatic scientists at our next “Amplifying Voices” session!

The ASLO Early Career Committee welcomes you to the next “Amplifying Voices: ECRs Making Waves in Aquatic Sciences” webinar. The webinar will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 6:00 pm EDT (10:00 pm UTC).

The “Amplifying Voices” series began in November 2021 with the aim to promote the exciting work of early-career aquatic scientists from underrepresented groups in our global community. During the session, two early-career speakers each give a 20-minute presentation of their work followed by a Q+A discussion. The sessions are generally held on the last Thursday of each month, alternating between 10:00 am Eastern and 6:00 pm Eastern to accommodate multiple time zones. Speaker information can be found below. The previous Amplifying Voices talks can be viewed on our YouTube channel here.

The session is free to attend, but registration is required to receive webinar connection information. Register below.
