An Invitation to Participate in the ASLO 2004 Summer Meeting!
The American Society of Limnology and Oceanography invites
the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations!
The ASLO 2004 Summer Meeting encourages submissions to this
meeting by all ASLO members and non-members working in oceanography
and limnology. In addition to traditional topics presented
at ASLO summer meetings, we hope to expand participation
by those in wetland sciences, marine processes, biodiversity
and ecosystems function, interfaces among terrestrial, freshwater,
and marine environments, and new instrumentation approaches.
In order to further the discussion of the changing landscapes
of oceans and freshwater, we encourage submissions by scientists
outside of the ASLO membership. If you are a member, please
pass this information along to those colleagues that might
not be a member.

NEW! 6/7/04 - For your convenience,
ASLO will be providing wireless internet access at Tondee’s
Café at the Savannah International Trade & Convention
Center throughout the meeting. There also will be an e-mail
room with computers available for e-mail access. Technical
assistance will be provided on-site.

Please choose "Submit Your Presentation" from the
Presentation Room section of the page and then choose "ASLO
2004 Summer Meeting" from the drop down menu
and follow the instructions.

Schedule have now been posted. .You may view the

session lists or view them by day:
NEW! 4/28/04 - The
ASLO 2004 Summer Meeting Program Book has been posted
for download. The
program book contains daily schedules including session
schedules, plenary speaker bios and abstracts as well
as a comprehensive author index.
NEW! 4/28/04 - Wilderness
Southeast, a non-profit educational organization (www.wilderness-southeast.org),
will be offering tours on sunday and friday for meeting participants.
