Fish on! South Fork of the Snake River, Idaho
      next

The South Fork of the Snake River flows out of Jackson Hole and Palisades Reservoir in eastern Idaho. It holds large numbers of rainbow, cutthroat and a few brown trout. Management efforts are focusing on removing the non-native rainbow and brown trout, with liberal catch limits for those introduced fish, whereas the cutthroat trout are a catch-and-release fishery.
