White Pine Lake and Mount Magog are in the Bear River Range of the Wasatch Mountains. It is about a 4 mile hike from Tony Grove Lake, a popular destination spot of people from Logan, Utah and elsewhere. It has an abundant brook trout population, and thus is popular with anglers and campers.
