People love water--clean water. This fountain in Parque San Martin in the the city of Mendoza, Argentina attests to that. The water is dyed blue, presumably to indicate it is clean and pure. Paradoxically, water development for vineyards, other agriculture and the city itself, dries up many of the rivers in the region.
