A canoeist and her dog slide through the south part of Cutler Reservoir, a wetland formed by damming the Little Bear, Logan and Bear Rivers in Cache Valley. It is used extensively for boating, hunting and bird watching. The beautiful Wellsville Mountains are in the background.
