A true symbol of fecundity adorns the mud flaps of this Suzuki jeep.
Mayflies live as nymphs in streams, ponds and lakes and go through several molts. They finally emerge from the water and usually just a few days in vegetation along the water's edge. They mate, and then deposit their eggs back in the aquatic environment to continue the life cycle.
