In Northern Nevada within the Pyramid Lake Paiute Indian Reservation, the 'Stone Mother' is located on the shores of Pyramid Lake near the 'Pyramid'. She is the symbol of the origin of the "Kuyuidokado" (Pyramid Lake Paiutes/Cui-ui eaters), who call her "Stone Mother". You can read the full story on the Tribe's website: [ link ]
