Sponsorship Opportunities

The exhibit hall will be in the Santa Fe Convention Center –Sweeney Ballroom A-B. Attendees are encouraged to spend time in the exhibit hall during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as during lunch. The exhibit hall will be open on Monday from 12:00 to 18:00, on Tuesday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Wednesday from 08:00 to 10:30.

Both commercial and non-profit exhibitors are encouraged to participate. The costs for exhibit booths are as follows:

Commercial (For-profit)

$1500.00 USD

Non-profit

$800.00 USD

Exhibit fees do not include conference registration. Exhibitors are invited to register for the meeting if they wish to attend the social events or scientific sessions.
