An exhibit area will be set up at the meeting. Both commercial and non-profit exhibitors are encouraged to participate. Exhibits will follow the European custom of setting up stands. Each stand will be approximately 9.3 square meters or 3 meters x 3 meters (10’x10’ equivalent) and will include stand sections, carpet and sign. Specific details can be obtained from: firstname.lastname@example.org. An online exhibit form located on the conference web site should be used to sign up to exhibit at this meeting.
The costs for exhibit booths are as follows:
Commercial (For-profit): $1500.00 USD/ 968.00 €
Non-profit & government agencies: $750.00 USD/ 484.00 €
Exhibitors are invited to participate in the various social activities such as the opening reception and poster receptions associated with the meeting by paying the additional spouse/guest fee of $100.00 USD/ 65.00 €. Each exhibitor may have as many staff members in your stand representing your organizations as you would like.
