Registration Fees

Fees to attend the meeting should be paid in advance.  Registrations are not considered guaranteed until a check, money order, purchase order, or charge card information is received. All fax registrations must include complete credit card information, including number, expiration date, and cardholder name. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Organizations can be billed only if a purchase order accompanies the registration either by fax or by mail.

Fees must be paid in U.S. dollars.

Members: 

• $395.00 USD until 5 October 2012
• $495.00 USD after 5 October 2012 and prior to the start of the meeting
• $595.00 USD On-site

Emeritus Members

Retired, age 65 or older and a member of ASLO for at least 20 years

• $195.00 until 5 October 2012
• $250.00 after 5 October 2012 and prior to the start of the meeting
• $300.00 On- site

Non-Members:

• $495.00 USD until 5 October 2012
• $595.00 USD after 5 October 2012 and prior to the start of the meeting
• $695.00 USD On-site

Early Career Members:

Early Career refers to non-students who have received their highest degree within the last 10 years, or are pre-tenure if in a tenure-track position. Early Career Professionals who are not ASLO members must pay the non-member professional fees.

• $400.00 USD after 5 October 2012 and prior to the start of the meeting
• $450.00 USD On-site

Student Members:

• $250.00.00 USD until 5 October 2012
• $300.00 USD after 5 October 2012 and prior to the start of the meeting
• $400.00 USD on-site

Non-Member Students:

• $300.00 USD until 5 October 2012
• $400.00 USD after 5 October 2012 and prior to the start of the meeting
• $500.00 USD On-site

One-day Registrations

Single-day registration is not applicable for abstract submission.

• $175.00 USD Student Member
• $200.00 USD Student Non-Member

Other Registration Fees:

• Developing Country Registration:  $200.00 USD
• High School Student or High School Teacher:  $100.00 USD (Please contact the conference management office at business@aslo.org.)
• Guest/Spouse: $75.00 USD prior to or on site at the meeting. Guest fees cover only the conference social events such as the Sunday welcome reception, coffee services, and the poster receptions. Optional events such as any special activities are not included. However, guests are encouraged to register for the special activities.
