Poster Presentations
Posters will be presented depending upon the poster session to which you are assigned. You will be notified of your poster session’s time and day well in advance of the meeting, and you will be expected to be available to present your poster during your designated poster session. Poster presenters are asked to adhere to designated set-up and tear-down instructions and times. These times will be sent once the schedule is established.

Poster Preparation
Please prepare your posters to fit in the poster board size:
Poster: 2100mm/82.5 inches high by 900mm/35 inches wide
Title, name, affiliation: 200mm/7.5 inches high by 700 mm/27.5 inches wide
Poster printing service is available at the “Business Service” in front of Biwako Hall if you bring your PDF files that are produced with Illustrator. Non-English / non-Japanese fonts might be garbled.
Poster spaces will be numbered.
The poster panel and push pins will be provided. Please do not use any tape, etc., to mount your poster that is not provided by the organizers.
