Hotel and Accommodation Information

JTB Western Japan has been appointed as the official travel agent for ASLO and will handle all related travel arrangements, including hotel accommodations.

Contact Made After-hours: Alteration or cancellation after business hours or holiday will be handled at the next business day. (In the case of receiving the cancellation after office hours via non-face-to-face communication methods, not via internet. (e.g. e-Mail, FAX and so on.)

Participants are free to make their own travel and hotel arrangements, but using JTB Western Japan is highly recommended and encouraged.

How to Make Your Reservations

Reservations must be made online at: https://amarys-jtb.jp/aslo2012/.

Reservations will be processed in order of receipt of application form.  If the hotel of your first choice is fully booked, you will be assigned to a room at a hotel of the same grade.
