Statement of Interest

I am a minority high school student pursuing a career in marine biology. I am especially interested in the research and preservation of marine mammals and their habitat. I am currently seeking work/volunteer opportunities at regional aquariums, summer internships, and any pre-college and mentoring programs in this field. I am beginning the college selection/application process and any information on university marine biology/oceanography programs is needed ASAP.
