Statement of Interest

My academic interests include marine fisheries ecology, marine biology, and oceanography. Upon completion of my B.S., I would like to pursue a M.S. focusing on oceanography. Ultimately I would like to work for a government or state agency. While attending Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, I have been a research assistant. Current research includes newly settlement of spotted seatrout and impacts of a new tidal inlet on estuarine nekton.
