Use the following to enter your library information. Enter the number of phylotypes that appeared 1-150 times each; e.g. if you observed ten phylotypes once each, enter "10" in the box adjacent to frequency = 1.
Example: A library consisting of 10 phylotypes (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J) distributed among 20 clones as follows. A A A A A A A B B C D E F F F G G G H I J J. The frequencies to be entered into the form are:
Number of phylotypes that appear 1 time: 5 phylotypes
Number of phylotypes that appear 2 times: 2 phylotypes
Number of phylotypes that appear 3 times: 2 phylotypes
Number of phylotypes that appear 4 times: 0 phylotypes (or leave blank)
Number of phylotypes that appear 5 times: 0 phylotypes (or leave blank)
Number of phylotypes that appear 6 times: 0 phylotypes (or leave blank)
Number of phylotypes that appear 7 times: 1 phylotype
After entering the frequency data, click on the submit button and wait until the Results Screen is displayed. Please be patient: the calculations may take 10-20 seconds. Further instructions will be provided on the Results Screen to evaluate your results.
