Career Link Program Submission Form

The Career Link Program is designed to facilitate communication between students and potential employers. Participation is entirely voluntary. Any information provided will be listed and accessible through the Career Links Page, and will be removed after approximately six months. Participants may request that their entries be deleted at any time by contacting the Web Editor. Please note that your submitted information will be reviewed for appropriate content before being posted.

If you are a potential employer, or have an opening for a graduate or undergraduate student, please contact any of the individuals listed below directly. You may also post announcements on ASLO's online bulletin boards. Post-doctoral and other position announcements can be submitted to the Positions Offered Board via an online form.

Please note: Do not capitalize your entire name, institutional affiliation, or other information. Entries presented entirely in capitals will be discarded.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES AND BACKGROUND
A description of your interests, current and past activities would be very useful to highlight particular areas of expertise. Please be concise but complete. The information in this section will be indexed and used to locate individuals with a particular background, so should contain as many keywords as you feel are necessary and relevant to describing your background. You should limit your entry to the equivalent of a two-page mini-resume.
General Guidelines It is not necessary to stay within the space provided. Your input can be any reasonable length. Format the message so that it appears within the text box as you wish it to appear on the page. Please note, however, that complex formating (e.g. two columns, indentations more than one space) will generally be lost. Use a simple, left-justified format. Break paragraphs using the ENTER key, leaving a single blank line between paragraphs. Long lines that go beyond the right hand edge of the text box will be automatically word-wrapped. Most browsers will automatically wrap the display text as you type; if your browser does not, the text will still be word-wrapped in the web page created for your entry.
