The Department of Ecology and Evolution is currently recruiting a researcher (postdoc level) for a project dealing with ecological tipping points in European lakes and ponds. The aim is to quantify and identify predictors of regime shifts in lake ecosystem services and biodiversity with a special focus on zoo- phyto- and bacterioplankton communities. The project is a part of the European Biodiversa project Tippingpond: Tipping points, biodiversity, resilience and ecosystem services: Ponds as model systems.
The task will be to participate in the setup, implementation and analysis of field studies and field experiments.
