On-line Abstract Submission System
Before submitting your abstract using this
on-line system, please be sure to read the Abstract Submission Guidelines
and be aware of the following:
1. There are no on-line facilities for meeting registration or for
securing housing. You may submit your abstract information on-line,
but must mail your registration information and payment by mail to:

You may download all required forms from
this web site.
2. Your abstract cannot be accepted until your registration and payment
has been received by the meeting management office, DIS Congress Service.
Please mail your registration information and payment as soon as possible
following your abstract submission.
3. There are no "required" fields on the Abstract Submission
Form. It has been left to you to fill out any and all applicable fields
for both yourself and all of the contributing authors. For example,
you must fill in the Organization field for each author even though
two or more may be from the same institution. Please remember that
the information you provide here will be published in both the Program
and Abstract Books and will not be edited in any way, so be sure to
pay attention to capitalization and spelling.
4. The system is comprised of three parts: the abstract submission
fill-out form, the information review page, and the confirmation of
submission page. If you do not reach the page that displays, "Your
Abstract Submission is Complete;" your abstract submission has
failed and you must submit again.
