Biogeochemistry of stream ecosystems: dissolved organic carbon and nitrogen cycling, inorganic nitrogen cycling and transport, whole-stream metabolism in stream ecosystems, anthropogenic impacts on stream ecosystems, stream biofilm respiration and production.
