Biotechnological Laboratory Technical skills:
Possess adequate practical knowledge about PCR, Electrophoresis, Chromatography and Isolation of Nucleic Acids.
Microbiological Research skills:
Impressive depth of knowledge about different culture media, identification of pathogens by AGAR PLATES, DIFFERENTIAL STAINING, by MICROSCOPIC Observation, working on Mass Culture of HAB Species including Nutrient Analysis.
Working as Research Fellow at Andhra University, in Harmful Algal Bloom Project under Marine Living Resources Department, funded by DOD. The work involves:
·Collection and identification of Harmful Algal Species in Indian EEZ.
·Under took the Cruise for collection of Samples and working on Mass Culture of HAB Species and Nutrient Analysis of the same. |
