L&O e-Books are proud to offer peer-reviewed electronic books to the aquatic science community. ASLO has a long standing commitment to publishing high quality journals and is known to adhere to the highest standards of peer review. This system is well established for journals but has no consistent application to scholarly books. Details on the review system for L&O e-Books are available from the L&O e-Books Homepage.
We offer symposium volumes in aquatic sciences, topical reviews and aquatic science biographies as well as short books on current and emerging issues and developments in limnology and oceanography. E-Books will also be developed to complement the offerings of our sister publication L&O e-Lectures.
